Earlier this year I started running art workshops, which is something I never imagined I would do. I never thought I could... the thought of standing in front of a group of people and talking even a small group scared me.
However the amount of joy I found in tutoring art workshops is also something I could never have imagined. Having the opportunity to help people even in such a small way is so rewarding.
What I hope you take away from my workshops is not necessarily something perfect or even complete. I hope instead that during the time you are there, that you had a chance to relax and have fun, had the opportunity to meet new people, learnt something new and reconnected with your creativity.
I look forward to each workshop I run as a chance for me to learn and grow as well. So this post is my chance to say thank you to all who have attended or may attend my workshops in the future.
