Did you know that for a multiple pet portrait you don't necessarily need to find the perfect photo of your pets sitting together.
Sometimes I can work from separate photos of each pet providing the poses of the pets work well together.
Using separate reference photos also allows for different kinds of animals to be in the same portrait.
Another nice aspect of being able to use separate reference photos is that you could have a portrait of a current pet along side a pet that has passed away.
Reference photos do need to be photos you have taken yourself, high quality and they need to show accurate colour of your pet as well as detail for their fur and eyes.
