If you are looking for a relaxing, mindful and creative team building activity for your healthcare, support services, aged care or education staff you have come to the right place. Taking time for self-care is so important, I am especially passionate about encouraging people in caring roles to seek positive self care activities as a tool to help maintain their well-being, after all you can not pour from an empty cup. I offer three different art activities including colour pencil, watercolour or mixed media collage. No previous art experience or drawing skills are required as outlines will be provided for tracing and projects will be completed in a step by step format. All art materials will be supplied for your staff to borrow.

Terms: If on the day any participants are unwell they are asked not to attend.

Cancellation policy: if more than 16 days notice is given you may request a full refund or reschedule, if less than 16 days notice is given a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

If I need to cancel a booking due to illness you may either reschedule or request a full refund.
